Because when her spirits were fresh, high spirited and determined

You believed the rumours and complaints that others brought against them
You dint seek her reality, dint try to understand her story, dint wanted to know her truth
You., all of you made her realise that inspite of the best efforts n best knowledge she had put into her work
She was useless
Once who was addressed as one of the “BEST” was shattered down to be “arrogant “ and “I disciplined” by you
Inspite of her 100% efforts and dedication for the organisation
She was labelled a rebel and had been placed to be the “last” in the list for you
She was never in the “good list “ for you
She dint deserve any good as per you
One fine day, inspite of all the good done by her, wasn’t good enough for u
For any of that matter stands true
One fine day, she won’t remain the same , for anyone, and for you !!

Some extra efforts ?Some opinions ?
Some consents ?Some “go with the flow”?
Some “everyone should like me?” Syndrome

What if I tell u that none of this really matters ?
What if your “you” wasn’t based on some random judgements that people make ?
What if it’s not what they say to you or behind your back?
What if it’s not the rumours about you ?

Just coz you have emotional needs different than others
Or you define love in your own way
Maybe you have your own plans for things
Or maybe your priorities are still hay way
Maybe coz u look different or feel different
Or Maybe coz you have to deal with your shizz in your own way

Even if your not perfect
Even if your not everyone’s Apple of the eye
Even if you don’t match the ideal person
That society has I don’t know how defined

It isn’t the perfect eyeliner that you put
Or the silky smooth straight hair that u recently got
Not the well built biceps and triceps
Not the perfectly toned abs

Not about the new car that you’ve bought
It the expensive gifts you purchase
Not about your social media followers
Or how much your looks can slay

None of this will change you a bit
None of this makes the perfect piece of your grid

You’ve  walked your own journey
You’ve lived your own stories
Varied experiences that built you honey
All the happy times,and maybe little worries

It might be the way you approach people
Or the way you strike the conversation chords
The way you make them feel when your with them
Or maybe when your not around
Maybe how you surf over the difficult tides
Or maybe your theory about rotation of the earth

Maybe it’s about Times when people left you alone
Or times when People listened, but dint understand
About times when they dint respond the way you wanted
Or when they dint offer the support u intent
But , all this again, doesn’t change what makes you “you”

So may it be your pathetic poor jokes
Your aftermath over things
Your smile, your shine , your inner light
Your aura, your spirit
Your manners, your style
Your approach to people and other kind

Remember, what makes you “you”
Is precious of all , in all that while
Cherish it, live it,grow with time
