One fine day... she’ll be gone !

One fine day, the one who had been working hard will give up
One fine day, their respect for superiors will decrease
One fine day, that spirit to always be there for the organisation will wither away
One fine day , that flavour to always be loyal will become stagnant
That smile that had been taking it all, will fade away
One fine day... she will give up
Because when her spirits were fresh, high spirited and determined
You demeaned it
You believed the rumours and complaints that others brought against them
You dint seek her reality, dint try to understand her story, dint wanted to know her truth
You., all of you made her realise that inspite of the best efforts n best knowledge she had put into her work
She was useless
Once who was addressed as one of the “BEST” was shattered down to be “arrogant “ and “I disciplined” by you
Inspite of her 100% efforts and dedication for the organisation
She was labelled a rebel and had been placed to be the “last” in the list for you
She was never in the “good list “ for you
She dint deserve any good as per you
One fine day, inspite of all the good done by her, wasn’t good enough for u
For any of that matter stands true
One fine day, she won’t remain the same , for anyone, and for you !!
